Gutka getting sold openly
In so many parts of Delhi gutka is bring sold openly. This includes outside many of the Central Govts bhavans in Central Secretariat as well as very close to PMs residence near claridges hotel exit gate.

How shall Delhi police and Fssai act when there own staff is so fond of Gutka. i agree with Naresh Shokeen's comments. However public is also responsible. Educated people think it's cool to smoke in public and campuses. Many people from good families regularly chew Pan Masaala and spit it out in public places. If the society is comfortable living in filth even the governments cannot change the system. more

Certain issues are meant for eyewash e.g. ban on smoking in public place, sale of gutka/khaini, air pollution, poor transport infrastructure, sanitation etc....hardly government is paying attention to put control more

There is one or the other way of bypassing the law - the ban should be in letter of spirit not the words. more

I request Sheetal Jain to take up this issue with Police and Political parties. Posting comments does not eradicate such issues. We have to work practically not theoretically. more
