GST by OYO
I had booked a room through OYO ROOMS. while checking in I had asked hotel that I need a Tax Invoice with our company's GST number. They had confirmed it to be Fine. While checking out I had been told by the Hotel Billing Incharge that GST invoice will be issued by OYO ROOMS. they had shown me on their Monitor that we had updated your Co's details and GST Number.I had been following up with them and in place of invoice they had send me the payment receipt.
I am to sure how they are Bifuricating the GST. They had issued no invoice for the same almost a month has passed more

These are various types of cheating to the customers. The GST enforcement cell should take immediate action and arrest such wrong practices. more

GST is a way to make profit by hotels and Hotel aggregaters. Is any way to verify how many nights sell ed by private hotels/companies. more

You should get Invoice from Hotel, like when u purchase from Amazon you receive bill from seller company not amazon. Similarly here u wud be issued bill by Hotel. But technically it should be shared by Oyo. Because Here Oyo is intermediary, As u receive Invoice frm Amazon on behalf of seller company. more

The invoice should be issued by the party to whom you make the payment. If you paid to OYO then OYO should issue the invoice. But if you paid directly to the hotel then the hotel should issue you the invoice. more

i agree with Mr Anil Sharma but now how to even trust GOVT OF INDIA ? INCOMES THEY DO NOT GIVE ONLY INCRESE EXPENSES to GET POWER ? more
