Government need to Implement Constitutional Mandates and promptly Enforce various Sections of IPC realising Responsibility and Authority vested under Article 12. Governments need to keep away from Political interference in Day to Day Governance. Then only Rule under the Constitution will be Justified and Guarantees of Preamble of Constitution will be promptly addressed. more
