Government Land Grabbing

People are Grabbing Government Land telling to the Courts that it is Panchayati Land. How can such Land Grabbing be removed? It harms Urban Development. The Courts do not give proper justice to Urban Citizens. Because of such bad excuses. Where should a Common Citizen Go? There should be a Firm Stand of the Central Government and State Governments in order to remove such obstacles. Even the best Officers can't help the Public because of this. The Officers should be given due permission by the Government to remove all such encroachments and land grabbing cases by villagers. Its a precious resource of the government which should come for the better usage for common public instead such land grabbers enjoying the weakness of the laws.

Despite best efforts the encroachment upon land termed as POND, Sector 39, Behind Unitech Cyber Park, Gurgaon is not yet removed because of a Corrupt and Dead System. more

Land Grabbing , illfull & illegal possession of Govt. & public Lands , River , Streams , Drains and lands of Tanks & Ponds fully have had been at the Political Support in addition to the illegitimate holdings of Government lands those fallen under LAND CEILING ACTS and hence taking over such of these Lakhs of Hectares of Lands by Governments has been becoming impossible .
