Good to see action against builders
Its good to finally hear that builders Amrapali, Supertech, Alpine Realtech, Proview group, Today Homes, and JNC Constructions are being booked under Sections 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating) and their arrest has been ordered.
Sorry to sound harsh but till this happens, those taking buyers for ride wont correct themselves. Also, I hope their CEOs are arrested and not some junior or hired official taking the brunt. Does anyone know?

As it’s a criminal contempt the promoters are first in line, however, the news published is the intent and not the arrest warrants.
