Godmen & Saints
My posts r out of pain, after the shame and ridicule we have to witness as Hindus after such incidents as Rampal Maharaj & Asaram Bapu.
01. Cleaning society filth is the same as cleaning streets. Hence the term 'Swacch Bharat' shud be used as per relevance.
02. If anyone is taking the example of 'Molesting Godmen', then, the very 1st Godman to have attracted Molestation, Fraud & Sexual Abuse charges (even on small boys) is Satya Sai Baba. That too since 1972.
03. Any devotee of Satya Sai, cannot chose to say, that, the charges on other Babas are correct, but on Satya Sai are wrong.
04. Most Importantly, to protect and safeguard my religion, I have taken great pains to classify these Babas into 2 categories.
05. One category of Babas who say that, they r God. These r the Babas who absorb all their knowledge from Hinduism, and proclaim themselves as God thro so called 'Miracles'. Examples of these Godmen r, Rampal, Asaram, Ram Rahim, Amma Bhagwan and ur very own Satya Sai. Ironically, all Sexual and Fraud charges are against these Babas.
06. 2nd Category are those who are not Babas but Saints, who are always in praise and deep reverence of our Adi Shakti and the Holy Trinity of Brahma, Vishnu & Maheshwara. These r the Saints who r very low profile and dont claim Miracles, but, bhakti to the Guru and most importantly to the Holy Trinity as well as Adi Shakti as the answer to our sufferings. Their teachings r simple. They say, that, the very essence of ur Human Form is for suffering. The best u can do in this life is to ease some of ur suffering thro Bhakti. U cannot wish away ur pain and suffering.
07. If at all we need some guidance, which again, is entirely our choice, we have the choice to follow these Saints. And, it is not that, these Saints do not exist now. It is not that, such Saints have stopped to take birth. It is not that, such Saints have stopped with the beginning of the 20th Century, which is early 1900s. They r still in existence now. And, will be in existence as long as Hinduism exists. In short, as long as Mankind exists. Since, Hinduism or Sanatana Dharma has been in existence since Mankind's existence, and will exist till Mankind exists.
08. One shud not take our new found Qualifications, as Engineers, Doctors, MBAs, Lawyers, CAs, etc, or Acquired Bookish knowledge as a premise for not needing guidance.

If anyone finds Hinduism and teachings by it's Saints regressive, u have a choice of 3 Religions. Christianity which has a history of s.x..al abuse both by and among-st priests themselves. As we speak a record 35% of priests in USA have indulged in Abuse of Altar Boys and Nuns some time or the other. Im giving this data only for USA. Im not mentioning anything about Europe, and other Catholic world. There r many cases in Indian Churches too. Out of a total of 400,000 Ordained Catholic Priests worldwide, approximately 5000 of them have been found guilty of Abuse of Children by the law as well as Church. In the USA alone, Billions of Dollars have been given as settlement by the Church itself to victims and their families. The approximate total amount in settlements till 2012 is around $3.00 Billion. Just google on these topics u will get all the desired results. Your 2nd choice is Islam. Where women r treated a s.x.al slaves. One look around urself and what is going around in the world in the name of Islam wud be enough. Your final choice is Hinduism. Where women r respected, and treated as Adi Shakti. Our only request is for women themselves to respect urself 1st. And, this guidance comes from our saints too. Now, if u feel that is regressive or restrictive, u r free to choose any other religion u want. But, please leave Hinduism 1st. Dont stay in Hinduism and criticize it to safeguard ur mis-placed sense of freedom. Our open and free discussions about Babas, Godmen or Saints is the gift of freedom of speech and expression given by our great religion. I assure u, u wont find a single such forum or site for similar such issues in either Christianity or Islam. Though such issues are far far far higher in percentage in such Cultures.

Additionally.. 09. Looking into the political aspect, the 1st Category, which r the 'Godmen', have been encouraged and patronized by the Secular Govts of the respective States and at the Centre, by giving them huge lands for their activities. With the full knowledge that, these Godmen will one day be exposed by their very own devotees, and end up in giving Hinduism a bad name. The aim was to wipe out Hinduism. Some, infact many, of these secular politicians, their wives and their children, even becoming their High Profile disciples. Whose names these Godmen freely used to project their own acceptability. 10. The present BJP govt is doing a very good thing in weeding out these Godmen from the ethos of our society.
