Ghost Employees in Municipalities

As outlines in swachh bharat circle whitepaper on municipal corruption, most municipalities have ghost employees. Some of them work as domestic servants of local netas. Some just draw salaries because they are someone of someone political and some pay kick back to senior municipality people.
Simple request to CM Yogi - no more salary payout in all UP municipalities without a validated Aadhar.

Can he do such a simple thing? more

No more salary Pay out is not a solution, Solution may come from:- 1- All Root level workers may get salary on line linking Aadhar No. 2- The full information of Root level Workers should be displayed in their work locality, & local citizen of the locality forward their attendence randomly besides the Arrangement made by municipality. 3-Supervisor should be made accountable for work to be executed on daily basis. 4- Corporators also be made accountable for recycling of waste of their area on daily basis. more

Yes, in all the local authorities, Thousands of Ghost employees are on parole-Be it MCD or Noida authority etc. Political class at the helm has to take sincere call otherwise our system will continue with that menace. more

Yes I am also a resident of ghaziabad uttar Pradesh,I know personally some employees who don't go for work in municipality they pay Rupees 2500 to supervisor and do their private work . our income tax is misused by senior officers of municipality,I request our hon CM mr.adityanath Yogi to take a strong action against such people's. more

Yes, Sweepers who are supposed to clean Residential lanes daily,but don't report on duty. Once a while if a they come at all, they always expect extra money from residents to do their assigned work even when they are supposed to do as part of their job profile. more
