We would like to seek your inputs and ideas on recommendations that can be made to State Governments to work with Start Ups.

Do share what are the various ways in which any State Government and Local Bodies in the state can work with Start Ups and Entrepreneurs.

Centre and State Goverments should keep their clutches off the start ups and just provide enabling policy framework without the need of any special application approvals,etc., policy such as No or half the rate of service tax if start ups utilise services of Consultants/ Experts on need based work,etc. and a three year holiday from Income Tax... more
