Fraudulent by TATA Service center- Auto Industries Goa

They took entire money for my TATA Tiago repair. Howevere, they delivered a incomplete vehicle after keeping approx 4 months when i made a complaint assuring they will do all the pending works in next visit.
Since last 2 years they have been harassing me for the pending job. This was my 2 month old brand new brand new Car. They have assembled vehicle like roadside vendor.

At least 8 times my vehicle taken by them since and many time they kept my vehicle for longer period just to harass me. last year they took my vehicle for 3-4 days to short out the all issues and to resolve the water leakage, however, they kept my vehicle for 2 days and later delivered without completing pending issues mentioned and said water leakage is resolved, but the same water leakage still exist and in this monsoon i faced the same problems. When complaint they do not have any answer except excuse.

Now my vehicle warranty is over. There are several complaint made to TATA Motors and the service center as well. but no. The Manager Mr. Asshwini Naik also did not helped me despite they took approx. 3.5 lakhs for repair. These guys are really fraud and do scam. They billed for entire key set of the vehicle and replaced only ignition key only.

Please suggest.

Complaints are rarely found against TATA. Proper information to the service center will help in resolution of the required service. more  
Dear, Sir, how come Tata is not responsible ? A new vehicle within the warranty period delivered to Tata dealership and TATA is aware of it and they have admitted the fault of service center as well. But despite my email and complaint no further initiative from TATA. Because I complained to TATA these guys are taking revenge. Could you please help me here.

It is surprising that a TATA company has treated you like this. I also feel you should approach the higher ups in tata Motors and draw their attention . hope justice is done and that at an early date more  
If they were harassing you for the past 2 years, you should have reached the higher ups in TATA Motors. You can still write to them or else move to consumer court with your grievances. Also post your case in face book and other social media. more
