Fraud delivery

Clyck.in the website from where I have ordered my earpods and the product delivered to me was totally different as if there no customer care no. Mentioned on the website and no response on Gmail by the administrator of website and its has been a day I have sended them my complain still there no reply from the admin and still my problem is unresolved and I have launched a complain against the administrator in national consumer forum and the website is powered by Shopify. How are these fraud companies working and why haven't they provided any customer care number for them please help me out with this topic I am student and purely against the fraud committed with me.. this is just to inform and how can we exploits this frauds more
