Form 13 submitted, no proper reply
Dear Friends, I have worked for 4 years in Emami Retail, Kolkata. In 2011 I joined Kesari Tours, which is a Maharashtra based organisation. Now I have submitted form 13 to Kolkata's regional PF office at Karunamoyee in Jan'16. I have received sms confirmation stating that PF cheque is ready for transfer in Feb'16. In my PF passbook (downloaded from EPFO website) there is a transaction showing named 'Transfer In' in March'16. But in the amount column there is written '0'. I mean to say there is no
amount mentioned. According to my old passbook
I will get Rs.50,000 approximately from my old company.
Can anybody please help me out regarding it ......

U may take help of nearest PF office to solve the matter hope they will help u and ur money will will be safe till u with and will be given to u with interest.

After the money is transferred by EPF Kolkata Office, the EPF Mumbai Office has to update their system. In this case I would advise you to lodge an online complaint. Mention your new PF Account number. In the Comments column mention both the EPF Kolkata and Mumbai Account number.
