For one street light , Smart city followup ???
For one street light to be fixed . The followup of more than one year and still there is nothing which has really happened.
1.Telephonic complaint - The complaint status after five days , the problem is sorted out .
2. Email followup to the supremo of the MCF - no response .
3.Why the contact numbers and Email ids are provided if they are of no use?
4. Inputs for smart city- Who bothers the site opens like the system and you become old waiting for the site to respond. more

I have made a no of complaints for setting right three street light points in one lane in sector-14 , first to Street Light section of Elecy Deptt. of Faridabad Complex and then I was told that setting right of street light has been entrusted to a contractor . The name of the contractor ,its contact no. and e-mail address was also given by them and it was also found exhibited no the sign board situated at the local community center. He was personally contacaated a no oftimes thru telephone and thru e- mail ,these poin ts were not set right though he promised everytime. I again pointed out tothe same to RWA members and they promised to get the same right.but nothing came out of it. All the services by FCA are taken casually and no monitoring is done at any level. The best way of taking work from MCF is - 50-60 Ladies get gathered, visit to MCF office with black flags and sit on road in front nter into offices of officers with shouting and demanding mood . Then everybody will come in action immediately and your issue will be resolved.............. more

I am agree...MCF is never reply of mail complaints. The email complaint options is only for showing the option of complaints in the Website.This is Smart City??????? more
