Finally MCA listens

Sorry for being a pain in the neck Mr. Jaitely about extending the date for KYC of directors. Glad that I kept on raising the issue and also thankful to localcircles for escalating it to you. Good that the date has been extended by 15 days. However, the fee of 5000 should not be reduced, it should be waived since video verification and otp wasnt working last 3 days for many many people.

Please make sure - no penalty, not reduced fee.

Most of the top politicians have not verified their KYCs, so the date may be extended. The penalty should not be reduced at all. more

no notification on MCA web site regarding extension of date and waiver of Rs. 5000 penal fees , so i do not think MCA and Hon'ble Mr. AJ are going to be soft on this issue. more
