Final withdrawal of EPF

while doing the final withdrawal, the system asks to fill 15H form. I have been EPF member more than 5 years (considering my work service cumulatively in different organisations). Should I still fill 15H or anything else I need to do to . I am more than 60 years more

15H is a form to not to deduct TDS for above 60. if u don't fill in this they will dedcuct TDS, Modi has made EPF withdrawals taxable. If you have to file tax return then you can get refund/adjusted against tax to be paid, in case you don't have taxable income this year/ next year better fill form 15H. 15H can down loaded. more
Form-15H is for those who are not completed 5 years of service under epf ACT. It is not required in your case as your service is more than 5 years. System will take care about your TDS applicability. Fore those who are having service less than 5 years, they have till this form mandatorily as f TDS will be deducted basing on the details filled init such as his PAN, Jurisdictional AO etc. more
Can be ignored.I have helped a lot of employees this is not compulsory rest assured. more
You have to reply the facts as stated by you & wait for response. more
