Faulty Air conditioner installation by Flipkart/ Jeeves Company CCTV camera damaged by AC Technician

Facing struggle with Flipkart and Jeeves Installation team I. Bought New Sansui Air conditioner from Flipkart online they insisted that Jeeves Installation team should install the New Sansui Air conditioner for their Replacement policy of 10 days Two unruly ruffian inexperienced air conditioner Technician Shaik Amjad and Abhilash sent by Jeeves Installation team caused Damage to my Brand New CCTV camera system by drilling hole above the CCTV camera system to connect Air conditioner I am not getting any customer service or Refund for the Faulty Air conditioner installation from Flipkart or Jeeves they are indifferent . Never buy any appliances online which needs Technical support it is very bitter experience to suffer from Flipkart they do not care about my problem till date I did not get Refund Faulty Dangerous Air conditioner installation by Jeeves Company and Brand New CCTV camera system damaged more

I agree with Dhiraj Wala. Keep following till the present crisis is over and if not resolved till then, go to consumer forum more  
IT IS REALLY SURPRISING THAT INSPITE OF SUCH INCIDENTS BEING REPORTED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THIS FORUM,PEOPLE STILL CONTINUE TO BUY FROM E COMMMERCE AND THEN COMPLAIN ON THIS FORUM.SECONDLY,IF SOMEONE IS STILL FASCINATED WITH ECOMMERCE THEN WHY NOT USE AUTHORISED SITE INSTEAD OF FACILITATORS,WHICH MAY GIVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE.BUT,I THINK THE PROBLEM IS THAT GENERAL PUBLIC IS SEDUCED BY ATTRACTIVE DISCOUNTS BEING OFFERED WITHOUT BOTHERING ABOUT CREDIBILITY AND THEN WHEN TTHEY SUFFER THEY START COMPLAINING. more  
Please 1. send a detailed written complaint to Flipkart and Sansui asking for repair/replacement of all damaged items including CCTV system. 2. if they do not respond, file a complaint with police as well as District Consumer Forum with all details and photographs., with the help of an experienced advocate. more  
This is nothing uncommon. Such complains were on Consumer Circle last year also. One shouldn't purchase such high priced capital goods from an E Commerce agency as such agency is not capable to undertake such work independently whereas company's mechanics are adequately trained and take responsibility of such damage. It's always good to purchase such products from Authorised dealers who take care of such problems judiciously. Failed to understand why consumers are so inclined to online marketing of such product and don't wish to take a lesson? more
