Fantasy Gaming like Dream 11 is nothing but gambling

So the new trick to attract and mislead consumers is to make ads with a social bent “Dream 11 karta hai cricket lovers ko salaam” have MS Dhoni like celebrity endorse you for a boat load of money and push unemployed and young Indians into the worst thing - gambling.

Through out IPL people kept betting on different team (pay to bet and hope to win - isnt it just like lottery) their lawyers argue it requires some skill. Picking the last digit on a lottery ticket also requires skill.

I urge localcircles and consumer ministry to take this up please and bring this online gambling under some policy or plain ban it.

Cannot continue the way its going. more
