False Bills raised by Reliance
Since Reliance who was my service provider for more that 10 years was to close down , last 3 bills were inflated. Several emails to them did not evoke a response. My new provider Vodaphone, asked me to clear out standing dues,or else services will be disrupted. Pure Black Mail . They threatened to disrupt the service.
No reply, as what the bill is raised for. I was in the USA , my phone was on Aeroplane mode. So , how my plan was changed, what the charges were for, no one replied. No answer from the no.s given against the bill. Fraud against all Consumers, I would say organised Dacoity. Forced to clear the bill as we all are so dependent on our cell phones.
Does this not amount to open loot of consumers, with no mechanism for redress all.
I agree. I have not even received vouchers. They r the world's top cheats nd best dubious marketeers. Their marketing easily attracts innocent people. No authority can book them. Unless there is total byecot no change can be expected

Please write to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) at Delhi Address for solution. The Chairman is quite effective person.

This particular Telecom service provider is an expert in cheating the customer. The same thing happened while I was in Canada using my daughter's WIFI, but they keep on charging on phone Data and produce a huge inflated bill. They never replied to the queries but after nearly 8/9 mail communications they have agreed to reduce their charges but still, that was high. the problem there is no effective remedial measures for the helpless customer. The phone is the lifeline now and they exploit and threaten the way they want

Reliance Communications (RCOM) is a debt ridden company about to close business. Their customer care representatives cannot be talked to. The IVR says due to emergency conditions facility to talk to representatives is not available. This company has stopped answering Emails to customer care. Would Chairperson TRAI take a suo-motto notice and investigate or facilitate closing the accounts?

AN OTHER EXAMPLE- RELIANCE JIO IS ADVERTISING REFUND CASH VOUCHERS IF RECHARGE IS DONE FOR ABOVE RS.399/- BUT THESE VOUCHERS CAN NOT BE REDEEMED BY ANY ONE ON JIO APP AT WWW.JIO.COM AND NOT ALSO ON PHONE SOLD BY RELIANCE FOR RS.1500/- THUS REL GET MONEY VAI RECHARGE BY THESE BUT DOES NOT PAY BY REDUMPTION OF VOUCHERS. A DIRTY GAME. TO REDEEM THE VOUCHER OF RS.50/- ONE HAS TO BUY THE ANDROID PHONE COSTING NEARLY 5000/-. BECAUSE ONLY ANDROID USERS CAN GET THE BENEFIT OF VOUCHERS.THUS WHY THE ADVERTISEMENT SHOULD NOT BE CALLED AS DHOKKAA/FALSE/MISLEADING/BETRAYING/CHEAT.
