FAKE INSURANCE POLICIES BY EXIDE
Dear ALL
Its observed that exide has been giving wrong commitments while selling insurance policies how ever when we receive the policy none of the so called claims are mentioned and when approached EXIDE Has a typical reply that Policy is out of free look period. its interesting that these policies are sold by some out sourced agencies and Exide very cleveerly washes off his hands in the entire matter. If any one has faced similar issues kindly share.
we are loosing our hard earned money to these cheats lets raise an alarm

Established companies like EXIDE has been adopting various methods to overcome the warranty problem. This is lack of proper supervision by the Government authorities. more

In do have similar experience to get my car Insurance renewed. Almost 2 months before the due date - I received many calls giving me 60 % discount. Once they got the cheque - caller just disappeared. I just received one mail - confirming the details of Insurance. It is genuine or not I, will know - only in case I have to make some claim.I am 100% sure Traffic police is not going to accept that piece of paper down loaded from mail. more

Hi All, I dont if everyone will be able to see this message or not who have come here and commented or gone through the info... I sincerely apologies to all of you for causing trouble if I have. I talked to the service center guys next day and the guy explained me all the details of the expenses in the bill. Apart from one item I am satisfied with the expenses. Its a diesel car and the 4th servicing which is paid and is a lot more expensive than the other regular ones which don't cost more than 6-7K. A few items changes which are quite expensive. I am now okey with the bill as I got informed that for next 6 yrs I won't be getting bills of more than 6-7k for the servicing which is normal. Regards to all and showing concern to this post. more

Mr. Rajeev Bhardwaj, you made a complaint without substance. The complaint should accompany the details of deals you have made. Here you have a complaint but not given any evidence of cheating. To all members in general and members who think they have a genuine complaint, I request to give proper details of your deal. In case of Mr. Bhardwaj it would have been better if he had given Policy number, date of purchase, name of seller and plan under which the policy has been purchased. Members whould have been able to give sound advice but have been alerted also. more

Dear Mr Rajeev If you think there is a valid issue. Please post your complaint to complaints@irda.gov.in I also had some issue with my insurance company. While sending emails to insurance company I also started sending cc to the irda. The insurance company realised that I would raise the issue with irda and the company came back on line. You may also visit IRDA site to understand the rules and guidelines on insurance policies. Regards Daljit more
