EPF Not Getting transfered
Hi,
I had initiated the EPF transfer of my previous employer but its more then 2 years now and nothing happened.
I had submitted the Form 13 with my current employer but they are saying that my previous employer is not informing about the same.
Its more then 2 years now and nothing happened.
I have also tried to contact my previous employer several times but they are not responding.
I had also tried to initiate the process online but its throwing an error like 'plesae submit hard copy of form 13 to your current employee'
Now i am in dilemma what to do next.
So please help me on this.

It better to apply with the present employer with the F-13 in two copies. And also register a grievance with the EPFO about your previous employer behaviour. more

Santoshbhai, as you have mentioned your previous employer does not revert or reply, better to start from present one. And separately contact your friend of previous organisation for help. more

If your one of employer not associated with epfo for online authentication, online will not possible. You can 1. Apply freshly. Keep copy of everything. Contact friend of previous organisation and try to complete process. 2. You can put written complain in grievance cell of epfo. (According to previous employer area). Email id amd contact number at epfo site. And take follow up. Best of luck. more
