Enchroachment
Dear Sir,
I am resident of Sector 21, Jalvayuvihar , Noida. In this society lots of encroachment on common space like open areas, park areas is happening.
Residents of sameside of an appartment have joined hands and erecting pilers and permanent structure on open areas.
As everybody is doing the same, even the secretery has also enchroached commonland, so noboddy is stopping anybody .
My issue here is
1.)Who is going to take the ownership and stop the enchroachment drive??
2.)Once the building will come, it will become very difficult to remove the structure so it is better not to allow them or stop them before they do permanent damage
As the land is for common purpose - they help in making our area properly ventillated, sunlighted, maintaining greenery and also in maintaining ground water table (if its not concretaised). Using it for personal purpose has short term as well long term impication so it should be immediately stopped.
I request the concern person and department to take action

Noida Authority has the power & responsibility to act on the issue. But unfortunately authority is not answerable to anyone. Common citizens are the sufferers. Biggest example is Atta/Sec-18/Metro road. No body has the courage to stop encroachment. Follow with authority produces no results. Urban villages in Noida are becoming no man's land and in future can be big catastrophe. MP & MLA of Noida does not care for general public. They only care for groups.

Approach Noida Authority as they can only stop this but be prepared for no outcome if the people coming to check the encroachment are bribed.
