Employee Pension Scheme
Guys, I want to claim my pension amount that is getting deducted every month in my salary, which goes as part of Employer Share contribution, Can anyone help me out in knowing the procedure for withdrawal of pension amount ? or what is the eligibility criteria for the withdrawal of pension amount ? more

Dear Sanjay, You have to fill FORM 10C and submit it to your Employer with all details mention in the form like Bank A/c No. etc. more

Pl. check up from your ex office if they have forwarded your claim form and the same has not been received back with any objection on it. If all is ok, you may either file your grievance in the EPFO central portal or file complaint in Distt. Consumer Redressal Forum with all the proof. more

I attained 58 years of Age on 8th Jan.2014 ,and have reminded PF office Vapi for my due pension ,but no reply has come. I am at presetly not working and am awaiting my Pension Due to me. It is a pity that in our country one has to beg for his dues. Pls. advice for claiming pension. Ravi Arora more

Contributions lying under EPS 95 can be withdrawn if the employee has left the service before completion of 10 years of service and is not employed by filling Form 10-C. Pl.contact the HRD/ HRM or related Deptt /section of your Estt. more
