Dispute in Claim Withdrawl
My UAN no. is 100200194807. Last Year December 2015, i have resigned from my previous concern. I have applied for my PF claim in the month of March 2016 to my previous employed but he hold and refused to sign. After this i tried and apply through UAN claim system. But my application was rejected and the reason specified by PF Department is ECR loaded by employer for the month August 2014 is error. After this situation i have register my grievance through online in EPF Portal. Based on my registered grievance my PF amount was settled before 15 days, but there was shortage in my PF amount. Again i register my grievance through online EPF portal.
It is possible to vary against my PF passbook. I do not know how i can recover this amount.
Please any one can guide me how i can proceed further.

Several experiences are pouring in thru this circle that previous employer refused to forward the individuals claim to EPFO for settlement of their PF accumulations and or release of Family Pension. Why EPFO cannot settle individual 's PF accumulations payments / Family Pension disbursement directly to their bank accounts based on application supported with UAN , Aadhar card , PAN card, Bank account details and dispense with the requirement of routing the application thru previous employer . Many small private sector employers, schools etc are taking ex- employees / employees for a ride or using this as a tool to harass them . EPFO must look into it seriously and act sooner than later .

Fter withdrawal they must have paid the amount after deducting EPS contributions. If it is so the amount settled is in order.

In my case, I've left the job in pre-UAN era. I've applied to withdraw the PF and previous employer has refused to sign. Till date, I'm helpless but to visit the PF office occasionally. No online option is available for us. We cannot get the UAN also..

You have already taken right step. Let give some time to grievance officer. Hope you have mentioned details of amount in complain.
