Dishtv injustice towards customers

Last year I took a Dishtv DTH connection. I also created my online account to manage my package. As per their system I later created my own package by picking channels. Soon they stopped my online account saying that online account is not given to those customers who created own package. At that time my monthly consumption rate was Rs 280. This month I recharged for Rs. 301 on 5th July. But suddenly on 25th they disconnected my TV saying that I have exhausted my account. But when I tried to recharge online I found that I had still Rs. 132 in my account. But I had no other option but to recharge as they already disconnected and I had a blue screen. So I recharged for Rs. 100. Then I observed my account on the TV that my monthly consumption rate is Rs. 365, though I never added any channel.
Now the questions are:-
1. Why they disabled my online account? Did I do anything wrong by making my own package as per their system?
2. Why they disconnected my tv though I had sufficient amount in my account ?
3. I made my own package and as per the package the monthly rate was Rs. 280. How did it grow to Rs. 360?
Will Dishtv answer my questions? I did not get a proper reply though I tried give the complaints to them directly. more

my simple suggestion to approach to consumer redressal forum n lodge complaint on mental harassment also seeks the answers of your quarry from the company more  
I find telecommunication and dish T.Vs are cheating companies where there is no transparency of our uses. more  
Dish DTH users' association should be formed and those members in Delhi should file a case in Consumer court with active participation from all members. more  
This is what happens when there is only liberalisation and no regulation. Self regulation has lead to companies appointing their own appellant authorities, who generally impose company policy on consumers. more  
Similar things are happening to most of the customers. DTH operators are not fair and transparent. God save us. TRAI is sleeping. We are helpless. In airtel dth historical detail of channel/package changes and recharge detail/billing details are not present and accessible to customers. The rich and the powerful are looting the middle class and others. There seems to be no end to all these. It is high time service minded people enter politics. more
