Discrimination in mur low and order system..

There is a big discrimination going on in our low and order system.. The person who files the case is treated and granted some advantage as compare to against whom he filed a case.. If I try to mark them so they are as such.. The person who files the case has advantage to appear on court or not or even his lawyer is there or not nothing happens but against whom he filed a case he should be there and his lawyer is must otherwise judge put fine on them.. By this behaviour indirectly our low and order system already proving the other party a defaulty.. For example.. In civil case a guy file a fraud case on us.. Sometime he say he got the papers and in another date he says they got lost I tried but didn't find when judge asked did you filed complaint or fir so he said they lost in home so will get find later.. When judge says why didn't you find them now so he says I looked at everywhere at my home but didn't able to find but will find them later and he loves in two bhk dda flats and he and his two son and wife wasn't able to find.. Judge didn't took strict or firm action and just let it be.. But once we forgot one paper at home and presented all file at court so judge put fine on us.. This is our system.. He made excuses multiple times like he doesn't show up at court room but we saw him few minutes back outside court room and with no pwnelty we got new date but if we got absent judge put fine if we do again..
And in criminal case.. A guy filed fake kidnapping case on us.. From last many years it is just moving slower then snail.. The witness from his side didn't show up even after multiple summon even he didn't showed up soo many times like he didn't showed up for more than 20dates or more neither his witness but no action been taken but if we don't go so judge instantly warn us to issue Warrent notice if any one of us Don't show up at next date.. Even after hearing police witness who was in charge of case judge put file for judgment and from last 7..8 dates it is just putting for final Decision and as we go to court we get to know we got new date sometime reader forgot file.. Sometime judge need time sometime no issue but just another date..
With this kind of low and order system who expects their cases to be finished.. That's why lot of poor and normal working ppl withdraw their case in injustice bcz if they spend much in case hoe they will feed their family.. And ppl made this a business just make fake documents and file case so the lower earning ppl after suffering too many expenses in court they settle for lesser amount instead of getting nothing..
Oue law and order system should be equal and productive.. more
