Diabetes reducing life by 10 years - scary

For past four years my sugar levels are in control by dieting. No tablets. Levels keep up and down between 120 to 150. Recently practiced kick walk in one leg. it is like our childhood plays. There is tremendous relief immediately in feet stiffness and feet nerves inflammation due to sugar levels. My age is 57 more
I support the view that diabetics is not deadly disease if we can take some care. Diet, exercise and some medication can control it. I have been a diabetic since 1979 after a routine check up. I was given a long list of medicines by the hospital. I ran to my family doctor for his opinion. He prescribed me a diet ( no sweets, no potatoes, no fried things) and I lost 10/15 pounds in four months. This continued for five years. When again diabetics started, may be due to by my negligence, he prescribed a pill, which has controlled my diabetics for the last 38 years. more
Diabetes should be managed to ward off its ill effects. I do not agree that it reduces the life in every case. I am 76 years old. I am managing diabetes for last 28 years. Medication, diet control and regular exercise are keys to diabetes management. more
It is not diabeties, but the treatment that cuts life. Of course, no one will believe it now, but will accept it when the pharma companies find another way to milk the 'patients'. Pl visit Ambuja Ayurvedic Clinic for a complete cure of diabeties. ph: 0484 2792310. more
