While Delhi can be blamed/left to the Delhi Govt to fix, what is the Modi Govt, esp their Central Ministry of Health doing to ensure pan India the support/awareness/blood assistance, medicines is all there. In Delhi/NCR, people are able to handle this because of many hospitals, awareness etc but the infrastructure in Karnal, Moradabad, Bareillys. Ministry of Health needs to be much more pro-active and serving the public then they are right now.

Soon Swine Flu will come on and then something else. Health Ministry has got to be out there and working closely with all health bodies of India and understand people's issues faced. more
