Dear all, im one off example, here im sharing my problem, what im facing now. for our w/shop facility i buy a industrial land of 1000 sqm in Greater Noida site c. i sold my house / plot/ and invest all money to setup this business in NCR, finally when i paid all money in last July 20, i request to local UPSIDC office for transfer & submit all documents for necessary process. after 2 time rejection they asked me "dear this is India" You have cooperate me then i will cooperate you. Finally i get upset.
They said you have to pay 200/sqm for transfer under table then i will send this file to Kanpur UPSIDC Head office for final approval. I paid them 50K. they approved and send my file to Kanpur Head office. while i visited to pursue my file for approval i got a new story.
Since last six month no one file approved, i was in 157 rank. then i approach some link, because i studied in Allahabad university and most of my friend are in Administrative service, luckily i got one link who was in very senior position, he was 89 pass out of HBTI mechanical engineer and was my student in 82-84, finally settled 120K under table, i paid 50% but till now no progress.
i last everything and once in 15 days travelling from Kuwait to India to check my file. i had plan to quite my abroad job in the end of 16, but i think i was wrong. Now Im totally upset, because nothing in my hand. i lost everything what i earn in my life, house /fixed asset everything, and paid full amount to first party but still land not in my name. Even i cant start any construction without transfer.
Income tax also send notice for this heavy transaction, before i was never been in this practice because of NRI. i send them 2 clarification letter as per their notice but they didn't accept. finally i took help of a lawyer and pay him 15K for get some time till transfer.
Can anyone imagine my situation....... i plan to start up india/ make in india....... but truelly all these only for power full leader, Gundas & Mafia. a common man and Genuine citizen cant do anything in India.

Mr Surendra kumar, i need your valuable advice. finally i got land transferred after paying lots of money, now im looking bank support to built factory. i visited bank HDFC Gr Noida where is my company account, that gentleman said he cant help me because we dont have any business transaction. then i approach to SIDBI, that gentleman also gave me some sweet words but last Friday on telephonic discussion they said their senior manager not replied yet. i need around 3 cr to complete my construction and machinery. So please advice me, what to do?

Mr. Dwivedi, sad to know about your situation. the field staff and officers of all govt concerns are really highly corrupt. and UP is on the top. wish to advise you right way. pls read carefull terms and conditions of allotment procedure. second thing find out if other people have faced the same problem for allotment of land , if yes than how they came out of this mess. third, get prepared a construction plan for your plot, and apply for approval. if approval authority says that land is not allotted to you furnish them the money receipts/ bank transaction ids, by which you have paid full demanded amount.and you can say in writing that the case is under scrutiny and in the process of allotment, money is already paid and is a matter of simple allotment letter, and you wish to complete all formalities in parallel manor, for the sake of time bound production plan. also, pls try to find out by your link in UP, if consumer forum is effectively neutral. if its than go to consumer forum. or else try to find out the link on net, by which you can register your complaints with the central govt's industry dept. pls update me by the allotment terms and conditions. you can write me on my mail id aadityaurja@gmail.com in fact, UP officers are working as a collection center for ministers, hence dont expect any action on them, dont know about the courts of UP. but the process and procedure of courts are quite tiring and considerably long. hence its not advisable.

I do not know why educated persons like Mr.Dwivedi supports and promotes corruption by paying bribes and discloses it so openly to get things in his favour. Instead he should have reported the matter to Lokayukta/Police/Anti Corruption wing enabling these blood suckers to be booked under the provisions of various sections of law for punishment. The need of the hour is WE ALL MUST BE DARING TO REVOLT AGAINST CORRUPTION. But we fail miserably, in a haste to get things done without indulging in legal proceedings.

Mr. Dwivedi, what are you doing - committing openly of paying bribe. Do you know that as per law if to accept bribe is crime, to give bribe is also crime. And in India its very easy for govt employees to put all the blame on the sufferer and its the duty of the sufferer to make himself innocent. When you was paying bribes then you must have ensured of full service from them. If you was not getting desired results then must have moved cautiously. Though its not too late as the greedy officers shall be ready to squeeze more money from you even today. Lodge a complaint of those officers in Anti Corruption Department, take their help and see those officers behind bars and get your work done more easily. We common people have to be daring now. If you or we continue to be toy of them there shall be no change. Your work is not completed after so much exercise then what's wrong to opt over my advice?
