Date of Exit update in UAN portal by employer
My employer took three month to settle my final dues and not updated my date of exit in UAN portal and says only after crediting my final PF contribution they can update the DOE is there any other remedy for me to get my PF amout quickly more

I have yet to get my EPF money for the period served during 2007 to 2011 because the company has failed to remit money to all its employees. A security company has cheated around 1500 employees. What can be done except to keep quiet. more

This is great injustice to EPF subcribers, it is the govt, who authorised employer to deduct EPF contribution & remit to Govt. Once the employer debits from employees salary Govt. should simply pay the debited amounts to EPFO & let them recover it from employer at their leisure. I hope some legal luminaries take up this with top court. more

Date of leaving can be updated by the employer after two months from the date of leaving of an employee. more

You have to write a letter with proofs of leaving the job to PF office regarding the same and they will ask employer to update your DOE. more
