may i take this liberty to suggest u about gandhian system for elections. small constituencies say 10-15 in each corporation ward, they to elect 7 rep 2 paid and 5 part time with a right to recall by 3/4 of masses. then these elected rep only say almost 20000 in whole delhi to elect 70 + 7 candidates for state assembly and parliament. these 20000 peoples to get information about all decisions taken by these bodies by E Mail for further perusal only. This will ensure negligible expenditure and party less democracy. more

Dear Shiv Avtarji. I am returning from my overseas' tour on 10th, and then call you up, as you have many times raised your point. I can't promise any help, but definitely work with you, and like minded people to do something about it. I thank everyone for their valuable comments. Pl. note, my suggestions were meant to invite reactions to crystallize them, prior to putting them forward to the Party. And, we need a few days' brain storming session to boil them down to limited points for implementation. That's why I am proposing our meeting/get together soon, prior to elections, between 26th to 31st Mar' 14. more
