Create more demand by way of increasing the per capita income. This can be done by increasing the spend of government on infrastructure sectors like power, roads, ports, airports, oil and gas sector, IT infrastructure which in turn will generate more and more employment and bring in more entrepreneurs/ cos in india and this will generate more income which all again go into spending on consumerism.
