Covid vaccination of young children

I am amazed to see the number of parents willing to get their children and grandchildren under 12 vaccinated for Covid 19 in India. Kindly hear this virologist and vaccine expert once before you agree to vaccinate your child more

Absolute NO to children getting vaccinated... Even for the adult population it hasn't worked out well with the vaccinations so why do we need to risk our kids health and lives by making them guinea pigs for research... Anyhow most of the poor little ones I know have all already had covid once or twice thanks to exposure at school or elsewhere... more

Fully agree with the authorThe rich were obsessed with their children's personal well-being, seeking online classes academically and getting vaccinated for them, which is okay. But then this consumes resources, which remain obviously limited. What about thinking socially! The natural immunity too must be given a chance to develop, especially amongst children who at their age are primed for realising their potential in immunity. more
