Ms Garima Sharma, your efforts are appreciated and the Order is well meaning. But the officials are the most ineffective on the ground unless they are put on the frightening strictness. Also, the Govt of India has made the Consumer Protection that could do effective watch and ward job, has been made most weak and inaccessible. Consumer of healthcare services are not at all listened. If one complaints, he or she is threatened with dire consequences. This is the system under political democracy. more
