COUNTER PRODUCTIVE PROTEST AGAINST NEET EXAM DATES
It is surprising that some politicians, critics and section of students and some media anchors demand that NEET exam date should be postponed. Upto what time they want it to be postponed ? Suppose, it is postponed by another four weeks and COVID 19 issue continues till that time, will they demand that it should be postponed again.
The NEET exam date has been fixed to prevent delay and ensure that the selected students would join the course without delay in due time.
Please allow the students to live in peace and prepare themselves for the exams and move on to shape their career.

This is an instance of Doctrine of Natural Justice in an altercation of Democracy vs Rule of Law . Till now, all attempts made to define the Doctrine of Natural Justice in a specific manner or method failed . Straight-jacket formula cannot be made applicable but compliance of the Doctrine is dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each situation of Democracy vs Rule of Law altercations. Totality of the situation may lead to the impression that the executive action of fixing the examination time-table suffers from the vice of non-compliance of the Doctrine itself. Simultaneously, the most accepted methodology of deciding governmental actions and making pronouncements & announcements thereof is from the same Doctrine but none else . As a matter of fact , the Doctrine is now-a-days termed as fairness in the concept of Justice also. Obsessionally and occasionally, pure executive action of an administrative nature might be of non-statutory character or statutory character . But , if the same is found to be or proved to be arbitrary , any Court-of Indian-Law may set aside such executive action emanating from an irrelevant mode of exercise of power not authorized by the prescribed Act of Parliament or existing Parent Act or a Governmental Ordinance .

You might be feeling happy with your comment but you've wasted your life. Believe me.
Your academia is a batch of failure. You can't construe a meaningful sentence leading to action. All snowflakes.

I don't agree with you. But I've a solution for you. If you want exam to let happen you've to take responsibility for the kids that are going to be infected and if they die you've to pay money to their parents. Now, let's decide the money part. What is the worth of your kid (say 10 Lakh). So, you'll have to pay 10 lakh per deceased kid. Another thing, you've to take care of travel management. You'll have to start trains (remember some kids live in rural areas), buses and of course you've to ensure social distancing. Since you've strong conviction, you've to probably go bankrupt to meet these conditions. And last thing, after this exams, these kids will be enrolled in a 4/5 year course. Adjusting 6 months ain't difficult.
