Corruption in payment of Delhi PWD and CPWD
We are qualified engineer working as specialized firms at PWD,CPWD the government department officials demand payments(Bribe) in all bills, they consider as their right for bribe if you do not pay them they ask generate so many irrelevant questions that you are trapped, if you go to any senior officers they will direct you to same person only, you write to anyone whether Hon CM, Hon PM, Hon Minister Secretary or whatever the rates keep on increasing as you complaints more our CPWD manual is only to save government with no interest of contractors, unless and untill their is a forum who tale care of complaints nothing will happen in fact corruption have increased contrary to government claim that corruption have decreased. Our obsolete rules and regulations are our biggest enemy they help these government officials to be corrupt if goverment include bribe in tenders legaly and take GST from the goverment employees atleast we contractor knows what is the profit today when there is so much of competition by e@tendering the corruption have increased more.

There is no CVO or any vigilance officer monitoring this site. This is of no use to discuss. No law enforcement authority. Better to login at www.cvc.nic.in and submit your complaints. This may help to curb corruption.

He is venting his frustration here otherwise he also knows that here there is no CVO, He is contractor of PWD, Delhi, he got to know that.
But I have observed that any time one raises question of corruption somebody says that here there is no CVO.
Likewise here there is no director of FSSAI, weight and measure, judge to decide on complaints, etc. but people are still giving their complaints and suggestions, etc.
And about that CVO, I think it is useless to talk about CVO he is just another bureaucrat, as corrupt as bureaucrat can be.

You should write to Neeti Ayog and treat this disease and revamp the system of CPWD/PWD

Govt. of Delhi and Central should put efforts on controlling the neighbor states ( UP & Haryana) for burning ruminants at their paddy fields. Its not only becoz of Vehicles in Delhi, If vehicle is the reason then it should happen all over the year, not only this season !! There is some impact of season change also, which does not allow the fume to flow with air. There are factories in and around Delhi where emissions are huge.. If Delhi has to be a place for living, then industrial pollution should be controlled.

As long as Politicians and Government officials are working hand in gloves, the corruption can never end. No politicians or Govt Officials caught red handed taking bribe have been penalized till date. Caught taking bribe, suspended , reinstated with all back wages and promotions. Why can't their services be terminated with immediate effect, so that it is a lesson for others.
