4. Judges and lawyers pull favours on each other
5. Lawyers try to prolong the hearings to be able to make more money
6. Peons have easy access to files which they misuse after taking bribes
7. Lack of proper protocols for accepting cases in courts
8. There is no fixed time limit for the disposal of a case
9. There is no limit to the number of adjournments
10. Non-performance by judiciary also breeds situation leading to corruption
11. The judiciary does not have any fear of what they are doing

How can you stop corruption when the giver and receiver are present the society?. Even the poor pay bribes to get their jobs done. So only demonetization can stop this sort of bribe giving and bribe taking. We need only honest officials especially in judiciary and the police (like in the US). An effective solution would be punish the guilty officials (including ministers) by attaching their entire family assets (movable and immovable) to the state exchequer and dismissing all their relatives holding public office for ever! It's so unfortunate that judges with criminal record of grabbing public land are still in office! A funny system indeed that only a few Kalki or Narasimha Avathars together can root out the ever increasing white collar criminals! more
