sabse jyada buri baat to ye hai ki misguide kar ke logon ki mehnat ki kamai chaat jate hai aur koi action nahi hota.............aur to aur be-vajah payment delay karte hai aur late interest bhi nahi dete hai............

The insurance companies never give proper claim in genuine cases. There total attention will be on how to deduct the claim amount. These companies are paying heavy commission upto 40% to the vehicle dealers for insurance through them. Why they are not passing it to the vehicle owner and allowing them on line policies. Why these co. have appointed agent/franchises/broker etc. If one to one dealing is started the level of corruption will be minimised.

Continued:- you file a case with the RTI, they ask you to contact the IRDA directly for an answer, IRDA who it seems comes under pressure of the big insurance companies tries to coverup for for them, taking the insured around the bush, who is made to suffer.

There is large scale / rampart corruption in insurance companies which are in hand & glove with the insurance law / rule makers. If the insured who feels that something needs to be cleared, tries to contact the insurance company, there is no proper response, still if you get after them to get a genuine reply, they very easily ask you to contact the insurance regulatory body. This regulatory body ( IRDA ) answers to your query SAVING THE INSURANCE COMPANY and shutting the case.
