Corruption and Productivity Improvement in Railways
Corruption : It is not only happening of greed of society but also due to need of society. If we ignore need someone is there to resolve the need, but with greed. Better governance when system understands need of the society and forms base of service.
Productivity Improvement :
1. Make railway land productive by growing plants which caters to manufacture of ply and laminates, which is extensively used in railway coaches, Today while traveling from Ambala to Karnal, not even a inch of private land was non productive, and huge areas of railway land was without any plantation. Forest is natural asset of the country, one should always increase the cover.
2. It was passenger train, lot of advertisement pasted inside coaches, giving bad shape to nation property, it can be through proper marketing and putting nice display boards, rather than defacing coaches. more
