Consumers want States to adopt MV/Taxi Aggregator Guidelines

As many of you are aware, LocalCircles since 2019 has been working with the Government to address issues with app taxi aggregators on surge pricing, drivers cancelling etc which led to the new rules for Motor Vehicle Aggregators released late November. Basis your feedback on survey about these rules, 81% of the consumers approve the 1.5X cap on surge pricing and penalty if driver cancels the ride. Below is the link to the survey.

Consumers approve Motor Vehicle Aggregator Rules - Want States to Act

If you want these to be implemented on ground, do share the above link with your Chief Minister and State/City Media via Social Media and other channels so your State Government adopts them at the earliest.

If you have any additional inputs on what can be done for the states to adopt these rules faster, do share. more

Anything more required? States now have to implement the rules protecting the interest of the travelers (customers) more
Are any of the states showing traction in adoption of these guidelines? more
There needs to be cap on surge price and the government should introduce some restriction and review on their activities. more
In our country unless and until our people become honest and dedicated these things, control etc., will not yield the desired result. more
The public should either stop using or reduce the usage of Taxis, then these fellows will automatically come to their senses. Do not expect the Government to do every thing for you more
