Connecting NRIs and Returning Indians - Inputs Needed

Ministry of Ovserseas Affairs, Government of India has expressed interest in working with LocalCircles.

We would like to seek your inputs on how a National Community of all NRIs and Returning NRIs can be of benefit. Also, if there was a community of Indians in every major city of the world connecting them with each other and accessible by Government/Visiting Indians, how will that be of use.

We are still at the evaluation stage and would love to get your inputs to ensure that the circle will be of value to all.
