While moving towards Bullets trains, we need to provide the least facilities to passengers in General Bogies. The passengers in General bogies should get at least seats to sit . All the trains are having 2 to 3 bogies those are come in category of General. I think peoples in general bogies also have right to get the seats for traveling. The condition of passengers General Bogies is worst in most of the Trains. It is required to increase no of General Bogies in trains after proper study of passenger traffic on the routes. It is very important to give attention towards Common peoples, because everything we are doing is for the peoples and they cannot be avoided.

Many people who ate travelling in general bogies don't purchase ticket. hence railway don't increase unreserved bogies as required.

The concept of bullet train is good. Before that there are many other things the railways to implement. A). All stations to have good waiting rooms, good toilet facility on all platforms, good audiable announcement, proper electronic display of arrival and departure of trains, good quality food, filtered water, free accessibility to station.etc.

Cattle class look of the General bogies be done away with by replacing with double decker coaches for General passengers, with carry bags/articles only, and providing Luggage compartments (in built) with token facilityas per admn.convenienc. Like, in built portion in the Ticket itself ( tear off ) to be stuck with the luggages, like cargo in planes. A separate token fee may be charged per luggage. No sleeping on the passage be allowed. Luggage compartment be manned by a store keeper. India's biggest carrier should be the first to implement Swatch Bharat, with interior and exterior looks.
