Common - Govt-Business Collusion in Supply
One of the most common forms of collusion between Suppliers and Govt undertakings is in supply of goods. One lot is supplied in reality, two entries are done on receiving and bills of twice the amount is generated. The value of added lot is split between warehouse, procurement, top bosses, accounting and supplier. Then after some years write off is taken.

All this is fine but what is the solution. I suggest this should be brought to the notice of the local MP / MLA who should be pressurised to get into the details and come out with corrective action. ACB should also be requested to get into resolving the issue.

in all state govt departments like medical and health- medicines are ordered in bulk but 1. either supplies made are only half the qty ordered 2. grammage of medicine is reduced but printed more, 3. half the medicines are sold in the market to chemists, 4.doctors are given 10/20% commissions, 5.accounts department staff gets a cut.
