Coccydynia Treatment

I am suffering from Coccydynia (Tail bone pain) from past few months. Sometimes the pain is really severe and it is very difficult to remain seated or get up.

Can anybody suggest some treatment or exercise that i can follow to get some relief. Also, it will be really helpful if reference to any good doctor around west delhi can be provided. more

Best hospital is in vasant kunj, use UTTHANPADASA, get a book of yoga and read it to choose a aasan you can do. PRANAYAM is best in this case, take in air through nose and hold it maximum possible time. Start with 11 times a day. Don't eat or drink anythig before and after Pranayam more

well said dr sapna.. mr aggarwal do get the LS spine xray , could be disc,neural radiation, causing the pain.. more

you need to offload that area by using a coccydynia cushion and for pain relief physiotherapy would help more
