Not only Railways - As a Citizen Everyone holds responsible for Cleaning & Cleanliness, Keeping Dustbins or providing Dustbins is the responsibility of Railways, Using it in an appropriate manner is Every Citizens responsibility more

I have a suggestion, I have seen chutes employed in hospitals abroad where in the article gets in to the tube and reaches destination.Here by vacuum all bogies garbage can be sucked into last garbage collecting store in the end (like airplanes toilets).only They have to establish a wide tube(chute) system from engine to last bogie containing the garbage holder or compartment. Emptying at the terminus station me hanically for proper disposal. more

Passengers have a habit of throwing garbage from the running train which make country side dirty, this practice should be stopped by all. Railways can provide dustbins in the train. more
