Can all the district magistrates be invited to this circle. There is way too much confusion we have about whats allowed where. Even you local circle survey is saying that.

May have some interest.See how carelessly and under the influence of some people moving around important decision are being taken as regards "J&K". Domicile law is one example. Question is , is Domicile law correctly worded ? Has the interest of all erstwhile permanent residents of JK state / state subjects judiciously and in an unbiased manner protected in the Domicile law of UT of JK ? Why only Kashmiri Migrants are mentioned particularly in the Definition of Domicile and given clear chit for getting the domicile certificate under the law made by GOI for UT of JK ? Erstwhile permanent residents should have been mentioned and that would have covered the Kashmiri migrants also , why ? All permanent residents of J&K including Kashmiri Hindu left back in Kashmir valley will have to prove their status before a Tehsildar to his best satisfaction to get Domicile certificate except KM who have to just show registration with Relief Commissioner (migrants)and will get Domicile , how unfair and unwise provision. And like Regards. if people from gulf,europe,us return in massive way as expected how to control the crowd.especially kerala will have maximum expariates 3.4 lakhas already registered.i feel sorry for their condition.a proper strict vigil planning govt has to do to see no social infection must take place.make strict laws must enforce another law in India requires is complete ban of spitting on public places especially after eating PAn .it is shame for modern India.Apart from heavy fine,give for two to one months social cleaning job of public places.u can see that our roads, public places neat clean.do not allow hotels etc to allow to keep pan etc or serve in hotel after food .fine hotels also if they violate. more

It completely depends on the local divisional Magistrate (Distract Collector). He is the deciding factor in either opening or closing of anything during this period. And of course, he had to obey orders from the government, i.e., the Chief Secretary of the Government. So, even though the district collector can come and participate in this discussion (I think even for this he might have to take permission from the CS of the state), again he may have to take permission from his higher officials. Hence it is better to ask the CS of the state to join in this circle, so that once he gives clarification, the whole state has to follow. Even we can ask the local officers to follow the guidelines given by the CS more

They say shops in a market cannot open, but individual shops can. In places like Avenue Road, Chickpet etc., in Bangalore, stand alone shop exists next to a market where 25 or 30 shops are located. Does it mean only this stand alone shop can be opened and not others? more
