Cheating by magic technologies. Authorised service partner of whirlpool india

The authorised service provider of whirlpool, magic technologies,Dwarka,delhi insisted to install the voltage stablizer for the refrigerator and supplied the faulty voltage stablizer for refrigerator in spite of fact that it is not necessary as per official website of the whirlpool. Now not responding and refunding. Also didn't issue the cash memo. Email to company isn't responding as well. more  

My call record shows one missed call from the number with just one ring sound. Today 28.05.2019 morning I called the above number the customer care representatives redirected my call to Customer care representatives Delhi, In response to my query he informed that the refrigerator is having the inbuilt stablizer and under normal conditions it doesn't require separate stablizer. When I enquired why the service engineer misguided me and supplied the faulty stablizer, he informed me he will revert back to me in an hour after talking to the area sales manager. But after that again no response from the customer care. It is strange to note that even after lapse of one month the customer care has not done internal investigation. What for then the customer care is trying to contact. Apart from cheating by the service centre, Dwarka, Delhi, the attitude of employees of the company is Iresponsive and befooling the customer. more
