Challenge to Delhi authorities

I am of strong belief that testing numbers are being gamed in Delhi. Yesterday the positive rate was 15.33% on Diwali day and 3235 cases were found in attached report.

So Delhi Govt why dont you do 150000 RT PCR tests tomorrow. I bet we will have 20000+ cases in Delhi in a single day.

Delhi Health data's are looks like fabricated by concerned deptt. Daily fresh details are given which show these are not correct. Instead blaming CM concerned officials must be answerable .
