Buying Eye Glasses from https://www.lenskart.com

I have paid Rs.5040 to Lenskart for eye glasses. Quality of glasses not as ordered and satisfactory. They promise to send me replacement but no replacement received. They are avoiding refund / replacement. Avoid buying from Lenskart. more

My maiden experience with Lenskart has been bad, so I stopped for ever. more  
The Lenskart being a well known company, should not cause dis-satisfaction in the mind of the customer. more  
You could have got eye glasses of your choice on physical verification from any branded company at such cost locally. In my opinion, no one should go for online purchasing of such items creating scopes for complaining post-marketing. more  
Pl file a complaint in consumer court. These fools should be taught a lesson more  
Further, online prices are so high when compared with the local market. Pepole who are lazy can order and purchase online without comparing the price in the local market. For instance you can buy paper cutter at Rs 10/- and spare blade pack of 10 is Rs. 20/- at local market. But the same material same brand is priced at about Rs.150 /- online. One another instance, mr. muscle cleaning liquid is sold at Rs. 85 /- at the local market, whereas it is priced at Rs. 1200/- to 2500/- online. Some people who purchased online comment with five stars as they were the best value for money. How foolish and lavish they are... more
