Builders who follows unethical business practices
PFA images which clearly shows leakages from Water Storage Tank from terrace.
You can also see the Leakage from Fire Hose Wall.
Leakage water accumulated under the Lift as well. Don't know is it Drainage water or Rain water.
This kind of Leakages will create a building structure Weak & smooth.
Ultimately, it will damage the entire structure of the building.
This is the condition of OC approved new developed building.
The builder delayed 3+ years for flat possession but still the quality of work is worst.
It looks like Builders are just making money from consumer by applying unethical business practices and no curbs on them.
I don't understand, Why our government not applying strict actions against such low quality of construction?
Are we waiting for some more Hazardous actions?
It is not only 'look like the builders making money' but it is the money the builders and the connected government and semi-government agencies are making for themselves. We have laid down terms & conditions and responsibilities for the builders on sets of papers but who bothers. Every one wants to make money which is not possible if the the builders become meticulous compliant of the laid down norms and procedures. The only policy to be meticulously followed is 'live and let live'. If the quality of construction of the premises is so bad, what the other purchasers are doing? Let all get unite and proceed legally against the builder, which would be the better way to overcome the situation.

This is what will happen if you allow the huge amount they take for getting EB or Water permission and every other permission without the receipts from the department where they are depositing the money for these facilities. Ofcourse they cannot give you the receipts as they make a lot of Under-The-Table payments. So you (we) are also responsible for this commutation of corruption and bribe in the society. Please don't consider yourself innocent.

Hi Sandeep,
Our building received OC in Nov 2016 & I took Possession in Jan 2017.
Builder took upfront Rs. 20000/ to form the Society Registration from each flat owner. But till date the society is not yet Registered.
We don't even have completion certificate.

Mr. Mahesh, if you want action to be takne on your builder then your society needs to file a case with the National consumer Commission if the negligence of your builder in terms of monetary expenditure to fix the shoddy work is more than Rs.1 crore and if the monetary expenditure is upto Rs.1 Crore then complaint to State consumer commission and if the expenditre is upto Rs.20 lakh then complaint to District Consumer Forum. But make sure you go with all the proofs and evidences to back your claim and you will get the justice. Also depending on the date of completion certificate you can complain with RERA i.e. Real Estate Regulatary Authority.

This is our first home which I purchase in 2011 and I got the possession in 2017. There is no site visit allowed by the builder during this period to any of the owner.
Now we shifted to our house & within 3 months we are getting many issues.
What we suppose to do under these circumstances?

In my Multi storey building ,the Builder did not provide Wet risers, Fire alarm system, extinguisher etc . He claims to have received CC.
