BSNL Services not working properly
I have a BSNL landline and Broadband connection since January 2016 but from the first day the connection of landline and broadband not working properly. Complaints has been lounged so many time but every time complaint was registered and after one or two days they send the message that your problem has been resolved. But the problem stands as it is. If the National company of telecommunication does like this how can we think that other companies will give us fair services. I am in thinking of to disconnect the same. more

We have a BSNL landline number 0260-2255163 which is not working for last 2 years and every time complaint is resolved at their end. Bills are paid regularly . more

you are not the one this has become the service standard of BSNL it should be taken up at PM level more

The service and attitude of Bsnl officials are worst and I also faced the experience like this. The owner of the Bsnl is govt and so the Minister should interfere in the Bsnl more

For hazel free and uninterrupted service surrender BSNL land line or cell phone and seek private phone s from Airtel or Tata. more

I am suffering for 3 months hence. Even after complaint registration they hardly come up and in stead contact over Mobile and asks about nature of problem and then a long slumber ..... and yet once again they contact over Mobile and asks the same question and getting the same reply go on to sleep.
