bribing departments
when some of the members shared their views on change is attitude of govt officials, it is heartening to note and must be published to all available mediums.we have a solid reason to trust this...whenever we talk to officials, they always used to tell the transfer of money to upper channels ,which goes to top, till minister. now that the top requirement is finished ,we all know well the middle and small level officers are mostly not that greedy.
we must appreciate this change and percolate at all levels.the most corrupt departments are sales tax,PWD, mcd,collectorates,transport ,food and civil supplies.. if one is targeted at one time, we are not far from a corruption free delhi...

I would like to add some more departments of Delhi Govt which are equally corrupted in addition to departments mentioned above like Delhi Govt. Education department , Delhi Jal Board etc. The teachers of Govt. aided schools are mostly affected and harassed by the lower staff of Delhi Govt Education Department . more

If the corruption is reduced or finished, the new Govt. should see how the cost of Ex- checker may be reduced to the extent of corruption and money may be spent in other constructive work.
